The region has many small dams and reservoirs,- each stocked with a variety of fish species. Usually, Giant Snakehead, Jungle Perch, catfish, carp are present. Access is usually managed by the headman in the nearest village. Options include relaxing Thai-style bait fishing, light spinning tackle or fly fishing. You can walk the shoreline and fish from the banks, or from fishing kayaks at modest extra cost.
